Jeff J. Horn is the founder and principal attorney of Horn Law Group LLC, a family law practice serving Toms River and communities across Ocean County, New Jersey. Before entering private practice, Jeff served as a judicial law clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court system, giving him firsthand knowledge of how family court judges evaluate cases, weigh evidence, and make decisions that affect families.
Jeff regularly represents clients in contested divorce, complex equitable distribution involving business valuations and retirement assets, high-conflict custody disputes, domestic violence and restraining order proceedings, and post-judgment enforcement and modification actions. He has extensive experience before the Ocean County Superior Court Family Division and handles cases at every stage from initial filing through trial.
